The project involves the renovation of a late 19th-century Victorian residence in Hobsons Bay’s Cecil Street heritage precinct. The client’s brief includes reinvigorating the kitchen, meals, and living area, as well as establishing a new laundry and bathrooms. Externally, the plan proposes new outdoor dining and entertaining spaces. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with this young family and look forward to seeing the build come to life.
