LOCH AVENUE
Situated in central Ballarat, this heritage home renovation combines a mix of historical charm with modern design. The project included extensive upgrades to the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, family, and dining areas, along with reconfiguring spaces to add an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom. An arched steel doorway, inspired by the home’s original archways, serves as a focal point, bridging the old and new. This is the second collaboration between JAGA and Rhys Otto Constructions (ROC), this project reflects their shared commitment to honoring heritage while introducing thoughtful, contemporary practical enhancements.
